This is a fun, recreational co-ed tournament using rec-league rules. All skill levels are welcome—no experience required. Brackets released the week of the event.

Registration is $15 per player (ages 18 and under). Complete the form, agree to the liability waiver, and submit. A confirmation email and payment instructions will be sent to you right away.

READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR THIS EVENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Agreement") is entered into by the registering participant ("Participant") in connection with the Bump, Set, Thrive Volleyball Classic ("Event"), hosted by Community Thrive Florida, a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("Organizer"), on September 19, 2026 at the Ormond Beach Recreation Center, Ormond Beach, Florida.
Participant acknowledges that participation in volleyball and related athletic activities involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to: sprains, strains, fractures, bruises, concussions, muscle tears, and other orthopedic injuries. Participant voluntarily and knowingly assumes all such risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising from participation in the Event.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, Participant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Community Thrive Florida, its officers, directors, volunteers, employees, agents, sponsors, the Ormond Beach Recreation Center, the City of Ormond Beach, and their respective representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with participation in the Event, including any claim based on the negligence of any Released Party.
Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, and judgments, including attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with Participant's participation in the Event, including any injury caused to third parties by Participant.
Participant confirms that they are in good physical condition and capable of participating in a volleyball tournament. In the event of an emergency, Participant authorizes the Organizer and any medical personnel to provide or arrange for medical treatment at Participant's expense. Participant is responsible for their own health insurance coverage.
Participant grants Community Thrive Florida a royalty-free license to use photographs, video, and likeness captured at the Event for nonprofit promotional and educational purposes.
Participant agrees to abide by all Event rules and the decisions of Event officials. The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant for conduct deemed unsafe or detrimental to the Event without refund.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.
Participant acknowledges that checking the box below constitutes a legal electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and Florida's Electronic Signature Act (Section 668.50, Florida Statutes), and carries the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
